havent looked at other books to see if they offered it (1vice has above line), but I went back to 1990 or so and there has not been a red card in the championship match. i think refs are very reluctant to make such a huge call in a big game, so the only way id really see a red card happening is a blatent handball in the box or a player going off on the ref late in the game on a big call they disagree with.
